Our Services Equal Long-Term Relationships
Our role as a Designated Market Maker (DMM) is as simple and as complex as the core process of matching trades between buyers and sellers. That core process has to be fair and accessible to the buyer, fair and accessible to the seller, and fair and accessible to the company that issued the shares being traded and its shareholders.

All parties - the buyers, the sellers and the company - expect that the trading processes are competitive and efficient in pricing mechanisms and in the trade's execution.

Our role as a DMM begins with our capital commitment. We buy and sell securities throughout the trading day as we create and hold stock positions to bridge gaps in supply and demand. That commitment reduces price volatility, particularly when the balance between buyers and sellers of large individual trades approach the market for order execution. Our capital commitment puts us in partnership with the buyers, the sellers, all shareholders of the company, and with the company itself—and their interests.

We are instrumental in stabilizing prices when trends or events skew the numbers of trades and shares being offered for sale or the demands from buyers increase over a short time frame or for extended periods of time.

We may need to add or adjust liquidity to the markets to stabilize prices or reduce volatility - in real-time.

We actively communicate with our clients - buyers, sellers and the company - to address issues of pricing stability, market continuity, swings in supply and demand, and the impact of trends and events. That information foundation and active, real-time communication is essential to our strong, dependable relationships with each client - and to their trading success.

We diligently and quickly communicate results - from order executions to market flows and directions.

We work with all of our clients—buyers, sellers, and listed companies to address their individual and specific informational needs. We provide advice, direction, professional knowledge, insight and involvement with each client, focusing on their specific interests and needs.
